Spiritual State of the Mtg
Date: 01/28/2018
Time: 9:30:00 AM
Description:
In preparing the annual report on the Spiritual State of the Meeting, the Ministry & Worship Committee invites you to reflect on your spiritual experience in the Meeting over the last year and to share your thoughts and concerns. This year's queries include:
1. How has Meeting for Worship and our community supported my spiritual growth?
2. In what ways have we and have we not lived our vision of being a spiritual community?
3. How has the Meeting supported our members’ leadings to let our lives speak to the challenges in our communities, country, and the world?
The committee plans to hold a variety of sessions in which people might develop and share their thoughts, specifically:
  • January 14: SSOM conversation tables at potluck
  • January 21, 12:30 p.m.: worship sharing (Meeting Room)
  • January 28, 9:30 a.m.: Exp with Light session (Music Room)
Friends may reflect on these queries as they are led, and your reflections are welcome in any format to any member of the committee. You can also download this Word document.
