Bethesda Friends (Quakers) gather together for an hour each Sunday morning. Most people attend the 11:00 am Meeting for Worship.

First Day schedule:

Worship
  • A Meeting for Worship is held every Sunday at 11:00 a.m.
  • First Day School for elementary--middle school children is at 11:10.
  • Child care for 6 months-pre-kindergarten is available at 11:00.

Business Meeting Schedule:

Usually the first Sunday of the month, 9:15 a.m. (except July and August). See our Calendar.

How to get here:

Bethesda Meeting is located on the campus of Sidwell Friends Lower School at Beverly Road and Edgemoor Lane. Parking is available. It is three blocks from the Bethesda Metro Station. Click here for detailed directions.
