On Sunday, November 27, at 1:30 p.m., the Friends Wilderness Center is hosting a session on Forest Therapy. The harvest season has traditionally been a time to express gratitude for the bounty and benevolence of nature. True gratitude arises from humility and wholeness, a sense of connection to all life and the earth around us. This Thanksgiving weekend join us on the meadow at Niles Cabin as Jodi Good helps us restore our connection to the natural world through a session of Forest Therapy.
