Collective Journey Against Systemic Racism

The collaboration with reparationWorks concluded in May, but the journey continues. The Collective Journey will be meeting on Sunday, July 16, from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. to reconnect and discuss next steps based on the output of the final two sessions which focused on

• •                          Shared understanding of systemic racism: impacts of racism in our society and how it affects us personally and professionally.
• •                          Our role in redressing systemic racism: the mission and vision of BFM and how we can align our actions with our values and goals.
• •                          Themes and collective commitments that emerged from our conversations and brain- storming.
