“Sumud” Quaker Study in Palestinian Self-Determination

Tuesdays at 7pm, Oct. 7 — Dec. 16, Online 

  • Sumud Quaker Study in Palestinian Self-Determination will be held online on Tuesday evenings at 7pm ET from October 7 to December 16 (with a break the week of Thanksgiving). 
Summary: Friends, in these times of war, let us sow seeds of peace and justice. In this workshop, dubbed “Sumud” (Arabic for resilience and determination), we will learn about the history of the struggle for Palestinian self-determination. We will also reflect on how our spiritual values guide our work for a brighter future. Look forward to appearances by Palestinian, Jewish, and Quaker guest speakers!
