Coordinating Gathering (hybrid)

Representatives of BFM committees meet on June 28 (before the July 12 Meeting for Business) to discuss the upcoming Business agenda. These meetings are open to all who wish to attend and are in-person as well as via Zoom.  See the  Zoom access in your weekly bulletin or request it using our Contact Us form.  They normally meet the last Sunday of the month, except for major holiday conflicts. During June/July, the Coordinating Gathering and the Meeting for Business might meet on alternate dates.
