Ad Hoc Reparations Committee Updates

The Ad Hoc Reparations Committee is making progress on identifying a pilot project. We are having two adult religious education sessions to share our progress and plans with the Bethesda Friends Meeting (BFM) community on Oct 11th and Oct 25th. Both gatherings are at 9:00 a.m. at the Sidwell lower school campus. We encourage everyone to come.

The Oct 11th session will address how reparations differ from concepts of charity and social justice, two areas that are more familiar to BFM. This session will include an opportunity for discussion and your input.
